We encourage you to register your child by June 3, 2025 to help us determine our facility needs for the 2025-26 school year. Many of our schools fill their classes quickly. It is imperative that parents enroll as soon as possible to ensure a spot for your child at your school.

Complete Student Enrollment Forms:

To enter Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025. To enter Transitional Kindergarten, a child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025.

Submit a completed Report of Medical Examination for School Entry (CHDP) if the student is new to the school system: download here...Specific dates of immunizations must be included. Return this form to the school. The form is also available from most physicians, or any school office

Provide verification of age:

Birth certificate or Passport
